Sam Milby Grateful to the Man Behind ‘Third World Happy’

His controlled performance in the Indie film “Third World Happy” earned for Sam Milby his first Urian Best Actor nomination.

His character as Wesley in “Third World Happy” may be different from his real self, but one thing’s for sure, he has learned a lot from his first-ever Cinema One Originals’ movie. “It let me get out of the box,” he said. During a press conference held at Polari Comedy Club, Tomas Morato recently, Milby expressed gratitude for the opportunitygiven to him by the creator of the film, director EJ Salcedo.
